This 57 gallon drum is an open head drum with a UN rating of UN1H2/Y250/S. This drum is blow molded and is made of industrial strength high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE) plastic similar to HDPE but more durable, with extra thick walls to provide superior performance and durability. A lid with lever lock ring and plain natural cover are included with this drum. This drum can be used to transport foods, or used as a storage container for chemicals, oils, and more. The drum provides a strong and sturdy base for better stacking and easier handling when rolling. This drum is FDA compliant.
